London’s Alternative Poker Venues 04 Dec 2014 Poker players in London are spoilt for choice, and there is no need for a trip to the casino in order to enjoy this great game. Tournaments are a regular feature in The Poker Room, taking place daily, with buy-ins from £30 upwards. Most evening tournaments start at 7pm. Late registration is available once play is underway and space permitting, players can buy in during the first two hours of play. Whilst some poker rooms struggle to find players for their tournaments, The Fox struggle to find enough seats for the players who want to participate. The games are dealer dealt and entries costs are normally between £10 and £250 plus a £5 registration fee (or 10% of the entry, whichever is greater).
